1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and accessing our courses, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

2. Course Enrollment & Access

  • Course access granted after full payment

  • Limited access to purchased courses

  • Single user license only - no sharing allowed

  • Access may be revoked for policy violations

3. Payment Terms

  • All prices in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)

  • Payment through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer

  • Installment plans available for selected courses

  • Full payment required before course access

4. Student Responsibilities

  • Stable internet connection required

  • Necessary software (Photoshop, Illustrator) student's responsibility

  • Regular class attendance recommended

  • Respectful behavior in live classes

5. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials copyright protected

  • Personal use only - no commercial redistribution

  • No recording or sharing of live classes

  • Student projects belong to students

6. Live Classes Policy

  • Join 5 minutes before class time

  • Technical issues student's responsibility

  • Recorded sessions available if missed

  • Schedule subject to change with prior notice

7. Technical Requirements

  • Windows/Mac computer

  • Stable internet connection

  • Zoom software installed

  • Headphones with microphone

8. Support & Communication

  • WhatsApp support during business hours

  • 24-48 hours response time

  • Email for formal communications

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Internet connectivity issues

    • Power outages

    • Software/hardware problems

    • Individual learning outcomes

10. Termination

We may terminate access for:

  • Policy violations

  • Disruptive behavior

  • Payment issues

  • Illegal activities

11. Changes to Terms
